RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Your exchanges and returns can be made at our Maillots Maillots Store located at 705 Boul. St-Paul Quebec, J0K 3E0, within 30 days of your purchase. Please see below for exceptions.

Please come to the shop with the following required items:

  • The original invoice for the transaction
  • The credit card used during your purchase (If you have paid your purchase by Paypal, the amount of the return will be refunded to you by means of a gift card Maillots Maillots).
  • Items you wish to exchange or return.

Return with original receipt: You will receive a refund according to the original payment method. If you do not present the original payment card, you will receive a gift card.

Return without original receipt: Exchange only for an item of value equal to the current selling price. A cash receipt will not be issued for this purpose.

Return of an order placed by Paypal: The amount of the return will be obligatorily refunded to you by means of a gift card Maillots Maillots.

General Conditions:

  • Any goods eligible for return must be in its original packaging, must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the price labels must still be attached.
  • A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.


ONLINE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We are happy to refund all products purchased online within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns can be made either by mail or in our store and exchanges can be made only in the store. An acquisition/gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

The returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in its original condition and packaging, with price labels still attached. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

We strongly recommend that you keep your underwear when trying on swimsuits until you are sure that the size and style are right for you.

PROMOTION : Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms and conditions of this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms and conditions of sale.

Maillots Maillots Store reserves the right to refuse any return of goods not listed above and items that have been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way. Items received in this condition will be returned to the customer. No credit will be granted and the buyer will have to pay for the return of goods and waive any claim.



RETURN BY MAIL PROCEDURE

Please note that we only offer a refund for returns by mail. To make an exchange or purchase a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order on our site.

Please use the Return form provided with your order to return the ordered goods online (or click here to download it). Please return to the following address by mail or courier of your choice at your own expense:

All orders shipped will have a return label included in the package. If you wish to use it, an amount of $10.00 + taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless the merchandise is returned because it is defective, or unless Maillots Maillots Store is made a mistake. In this case, the goods must only be returned by post.



RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not available on one-piece swimsuits and swimsuit bottoms. The goods eligible for a return must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with the price labels still attached. A lost or stolen acquisition card cannot be refunded or replaced.

Goods purchased in our store must be returned or exchanged in-store. Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please note that returning items purchased during a promotion may void the terms and conditions of this offer. In this case, the value of the returned item and other items included in the promotion will be recalculated based on the new terms and conditions of sale.

Return with original receipt: within 30 days after the date of purchase; refund or exchange on goods at regular price. You will receive a refund based on the original payment method. If the original payment card is not presented, the refund will be issued on an acquisition card.

Return without original receipt: within 30 days of purchase date; exchange only for an article of value equal to the current selling price. A receipt will not be issued.

Return with a gift receipt: within 30 days of the date of purchase; exchange or acquisition card for the value of the price sold.

Merchandise on sale: within 14 days following the date of purchase; exchange or acquisition card for the value of the price sold.

Special orders: can be shipped to the address of your choice or must be picked up, when available in store, within 7 days. Special orders can be returned in store only, within 30 days of the date of purchase.
